The purpose of Payroll Services is to provide payment and auditing of salaries and other payments, respond to inquiries of customers, to provide meaningful information to agency management and to comply with filing requirements of federal, state and local agencies. 

Salary Schedule  - Salaries and payments are based on the salary manual published by the NC Department of Public Instruction Financial and Business Services Department. For hourly employees calculation of overtime is covered on pages 

Tax withholding (W4 & NC4) - Complete,change or estimate your federal and state withholding certificates.

Payroll Deductions - what are all those codes on my paycheck? This list will provide you with a list of current payroll deductions.

Paystub copies can be accessed by logging into TimeKeeper and selecting Inquiries.

W-2 Wage & Tax Statements - request a copy of your W-2.
